• CONCLUDED: The license the SBOM document creator has concluded as governing the component or alternative values, if the governing license cannot be determined.
• DECLARED: This should be the default if an explicit evaluation is not stated. The license that has been declared by the authors of the component. Any license information that does not originate from the component authors, e.g. license information from a third-party repository, should not be included in this field.
• DETECTED: A license discovered somewhere in the component. The relationship between licenses (i.e., conjunctive, disjunctive) is not specified by this license type.
